How much is shipping?

Standard Rate **

United States - $6.95 flat rate

All other countries - $9.95 flat rate

*May be different depending on your address and product. Final shipping rate is calculated during checkout.

We offer Expedited Shipping on certain items. To find out more information please contact our customer support at contact@peptologie.com.

The good news is that we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders of $29 or more.

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 2-5 business days on avg unless held up by unforeseen events.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Our standard shipping time is 7 - 21 business days. Although rare, it may take up to 2 - 4 weeks with processing time for shipments to arrive, depending on the product, holidays, or weather conditions.

Please allow 2 - 5 weeks for International delivery (due to custom rules for each country)

These are the default shipping time frames. Any change in shipping time will be noted on product details page.

Note: Since not all of our products are stored in one warehouse you will get a shipping confirmation email for every package shipped to you and you might get multiple packages per order.

Help! I Need To Change My Shipping Address.

If you have put down the wrong address or want to change the address please send us an email as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we won't be able to change it.

I ordered multiple products but only received one of them. Please help.

Items from the same order are sometimes shipped in different packages to get them to you faster. Please do not worry. If the other items do not arrive within the our specified shipping time frame, contact our customer support and we’ll make sure you are taken care of!

Shipping During Holidays

Some holidays affect both shipping companies and suppliers. If your package is delayed on a holiday, this is most likely the cause.

Customs/Duties/Taxes

Fees associated with customs/duties/taxes will be displayed during checkout if applicable. They are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not impose these fees. We simply are required by law to pass them to end user.

Order Cancellations

Any orders placed within 24 hours, are eligible for a cancelation before the order is processed.

Help my shipment didn't arrive!

Don't worry. We got your back! In the rare event that your package was lost in the mail or was incorrectly shipped to an address other than what you specified during checkout, we will look into it with the shipping company and reship one to you free of charge if verified lost or shipped incorrectly :)

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days after receiving the products and the customer is responsible for shipping return fees. If 30 days has gone by since you received your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order for a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.

The original packaging must be preserved.

We only cover return shipping cost if the item is defective.

To process a return, please contact our customer service team via our contact page.

A return must be approved from our customer support team first and you must be issued an RMA Number to you before sending back any items for a full refund.

Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Items sent back to the shipper / manufacturer without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are returning an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returned and refunded items will be charged with a 25% restocking fee.

Once approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit (minus restocking fees) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When refund is processed, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What Items Are Not Covered? (Exemptions)

For safety reasons, hygiene products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are final sale and non-returnable. Hygiene products; gels, creams, liquids, electrical devices and products that come in contact with the body; cannot be returned - they are single use patient items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Perishable goods such as flowers, newspapers, magazines, or food cannot be returned.

Promotional Items

Any promotional offers must be cancelled within 24 hours of your order, before the order is processed. Free/promotional items are non-refundable once shipped.

Damaged Or Lost Items

Damaged, lost, or items shipped to the wrong address will be replaced not refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items that are lost, damaged, or shipped to the wrong address.

Gift Cards

 All Gift Cards are final sale. When you purchase a gift card from our store, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.
