How can I track my order’s status?

Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days on avg. You'll receive a confirmation email with your shipping information once your order has been sent out. You can track your order on the Track Order Page. Our standard shipping time is 7-21 business days barring weather, holidays, or unforeseen events. I placed an order for different items and I received separate shipping confirmation emails, why?

Seeing we have different warehouses globally not all products are stored in the same place. Basically, you receive a shipping confirmation for every package that is shipped out to you.

 

How long is the delivery time?

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 2-5 business days on avg. unless held up by unforeseen events.

Our standard shipping time is 7 - 21 business days. Although rare, it may take up to 3-5 weeks with processing time for shipments to arrive, depending on the product, holidays, or weather conditions.

Please allow 2-5 weeks for International delivery (due to custom rules for each country)

These are the default shipping time frames. Any change in shipping time will be noted on product details page.

Please note: Certain high demand products may have a longer delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact@peptologie.com. If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days you are welcome to contact our customer support for a completely free replacement (shipping fees included) (This policy excludes customer input errors).

Can I change the shipping address after making an order?

If you have put down the wrong address or want to change the address please send us an email 24hrs of placing an order. If the order has already been shipped, it is unlikely we can do anything. If the order has not been shipped, we will try on a best endeavors basis to amend the shipping details. If the order has been shipped to an incorrect address due to customers error input and returned to sender, customer is responsible for covering a $10 reshipment fee.

Is my personal information secure?

At Peptologie we keep to the highest industry standards. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
